| Dyf was born on October 7th 1899 in Paris. While he is known
for his paintings of figures,flowers and still-life subjects, he is most
celebrated for his beautifully atmospheric landscapes. These were always
executed in his distinctive impressionist style that imbues the subject with
such a natural feel. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais,the Salon
d'Automne and the Salon des Tuileries |
